Permit Processing We review building permit applications ranging from new construction to minor additions or interior improvements for commercial and residential properties. Other applications reviewed by planning are listed below.
Discretionary case applications are submitted at the Planning and Zoning Counter and require additional review time. Conditional Use Permits may be required depending on the zone in which a proposed use will be located. Depending on the type of application, it may be reviewed by the Planning Commission.
