The Planning Commission is a committee of five Westminster residents, who have been appointed by the City Council. The Commission holds regular scheduled public meetings to make decisions on land use matters (Conditional Use Permits, Site Plans, Area Variances etc..) and to make recommendations to the City Council on amendments to the Zoning Code and General Plan.
