Case No. 2016-02: Inital Study and Mitigated Negative Decalaration

September 12, 2016 

An inital study and proposed mitigated negative declaration have been prepared for a new 17,752-square-foot single-story grocery market proposed to be constructed on a 1.58 acre site at 13862, 13872 and 13900 Goldenwest Street; 13871, 13881, 13891, 13901, 13911, and 13925 Pine Street in Westminster, California. The project proposes to cosolidate nine existing lots into two new parcels. A conditional use permit is requested for: 1) the sale of beer and wine for off-site; and 2) to allow late night business operations (between the hours of midnight and 4 AM) for deliveries. The project also includes a variance to provide 25% storefront visibility along the west building elevation facing Goldenwest Street; the code requires a minimum of 60% storefront visibility.

The initial study is available for public reveiw and comment from September 8, 2016 through September 28, 2016. The Intial Study is available at the following link:

Case No. 2015-58: Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (30-day Review)

September 1, 2016 

An initial study and proposed mitigated negative declaration have been prepared for a new 50 residential unit proposed to be constructed at 14041, 14051, 14061 Locust Street in Westminster, CA. The proposed porject at includes an affordable housing component and a request for density bonus (Case No. 2015-58). The initial study is available for public reveiw and comment beginning August 31, 2016 through September 29, 2016. The Intial Study is available at the following link:
