The City of Westminster water utility department provides water services in Westminster and part of Midway City. You may sign up for water service or request water shut off by telephone or in person. For your convenience, we have two locations to serve you.

We are on a bi-monthly billing and tiered rate structure. For more information, please contact us.

Water bills are mailed out 28 days prior to the due date. A late fee of $10 will be added the day after the due date. An additional $10 hang tag fee will be added if payment is not made by the date on your late notice. If payment is still not received a $75 fee will be added upon disconnection of water service.
