Administration consists of the Chief of Police, two Police Captains, an Adjutant to the Chief, and several support staff.*
Although both Captains are in charge of their respective Divisions, they share the function of integrating the entire department as a whole.
Administration support staff consists of two full-time administrative assistants, a full-time fiscal specialist and a part-time associate. They are responsible for handling all incoming phone calls, correspondence, scheduling meetings and a variety of other tasks including fiscal duties, personnel, payroll, worker's compensation, etc.
*Two positions remain unstaffed: Adjutant to the Chief position and the Services Divison Commander position which is currently unstaffed due to the promotion of Captain Ron Coopman to Chief of Police.
