The Capital Improvement Engineeering Division provides engineering, contract administration, and construction management for capital improvement projects. The capital improvement projects consist of arterial and residential pavement rehabilitation, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, raised landscaping medians, waterlines, and storm drains.
