I want to request a "No Parking" zone.
A simple, one page letter of request is all that is required to get the process started.  Please provide us with the location you wish to have considered for no parking and include a return address.  The Traffic Engineering Division will conduct a traffic study and present its findings to the City Traffic Commission at one of their monthly meetings.

You can report malfunctioning traffic lights 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the Police Department at 714/898-3315 x326, or during normal business hours to Public Works - Engineering at (714) 548-3457 or (714) 548-3462..
What are the city restrictions on operating oversized vehicles?
The operator of any oversized or overweight vehicle must obtain a special permit from the Traffic Engineering department at City Hall to operate the vehicle within the city.  WMC 10.44.250.   No commercial vehicle may be parked on any city street in excess of  2 hours, except when loading or unloading, or in the performance of a service.
