The Building Maintenance Division strives to maintain City facilities in a safe, clean, and operational condition to provide a comfortable environment for the customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Routine maintenance of facility structure and equipment.
2. Repair HVAC and other equipment.
3. Provide janitorial services.
4. Set up rooms for various functions such as classes, wedding receptions, and other special events.
5. Administer capital improvement projects for City facilities.
