The Maintenance Divisions work to maintain the City’s infrastructure of streets, parks, vehicles, and facilities. The Maintenance Divisions are responsible for a wide range of functions, including maintaining the City's automotive equipment, sidewalks, landscapes, parks, trees, streets, graffiti removal, street sweeping, janitorial services, and building repairs/maintenance.

The Maintenance Divisions consist of four operating divisions: Street Maintenance, Parks/Trees Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, and Building Maintenance.
