The Planning Commission shall have the power to adopt rules for the transaction of its business, subject to approval of the City Council, and such power and duties as are or may hereafter be specified by state law or resolution of the City Council in the following areas: area variances, conditional use permits, site plans, parcel maps, environmental impact reports and negative declarations, and zone changes. (WMC Chapter 2.44)
Organization:
Composed of five regular members, whom shall be residents of the City of Westminster, each whom shall be nominated by a Council Member and appointed by the City Council.
Meetings:
Meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
