The Fair Housing Foundation will be holding a Fair Housing Fundamentals Workshop via Microsoft Teams from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on February 11, 2026, for the City of Westminster. This workshop is free and open to the public. Attendees will learn about protections under fair housing laws, as well as the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords and how to address tenant-landlord disputes. We will discuss disability rights, reasonable accommodations & modifications, housing needs of seniors & veterans, harassment, retaliation, eviction and much more!

The Fair Housing Foundation serves residents of the city of Westminster and is contracted by the City through the Community Development Block Grant funding to provide these services at no cost. We educate the public about Fair Housing rights and responsibilities through workshops, trainings, and community events.  In addition, FHF offers mediation and counseling services through our housing assistance hotline 1-800-446-FAIR (3247), walk-in clinics and investigate housing related discrimination complaints.
