The City of Westminster has released its Draft Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for public review and comment. The AAP outlines how the City plans to allocate federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds to support community development, housing, and public service programs.
For FY 2026–2027, the City anticipates approximately:
- $1.57 million in CDBG funding
- $1.04 million in HOME funding
Final amounts subject to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development allocation updates.
The public review period runs from March 25, 2026 through May 13, 2026. Residents are encouraged to review the draft plan online or in person at one of the following locations:
