The City of Westminster, in partnership with the County of Orange, is offering free, eco-friendly, and locally sourced compost for your garden. Compost is available starting at 8:00 a.m. every Wednesday at Westminster Park, on a first-come, first-served basis with a limit of 5 bags per vehicle.
Please note: Compost goes fast! Supplies have run out within the first two hours for the past two weeks, so we recommend arriving early to ensure you get a share.
