Westminster Build provides a one-stop shop for development and permit applications, allowing community members and contractors to apply for and check the status of permits and applications from the comfort of their home or office at any time. The new permitting system seeks to enhance customer service by streamlining the permitting process and providing transparency into the status of pending applications.

To ease the transition to online permitting, and to provide additional convenience for our community members, the City will continue to accept in person, paper submittals at City Hall.
