All applications are asked to be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday,  October 8, 2025 to be considered for appointment at the October 15, 2025 City Council special meeting. Late applications will be accepted but may be considered at the discretion of the City Council. 

Unless otherwise noted, all applicants must be a resident of Westminster. Applicants must provide:

• A completed and signed application;
  • Application for Planning Commission Vacancy
  • Application for Citizens Oversight Committee (Measures Y & E) Vacancy
• A signed Code of Ethics;
• A copy of your driver's license or state-issued identification card; and
• A utility bill or other bill such as an insurance, credit card, rent, or other statement.
