The City of Westminster is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) solution. The system should include functionality for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management, with flexibility to support the City’s evolving needs.
Proposals are due by Friday, October 17,2025, at 11:59 p.m. Late submissions will not be considered. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for the week of October 27, 2025. For full details, requirements, and deadlines, please review the complete RFP document.
