Proposals will be received from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing City facilities and provide a detailed evaluation and a Facilities Condition Assessment and Master Plan for the City of Westminster. The data and analysis are to be used to develop a report documenting and prioritizing a comprehensive maintenance, repair, and capital improvement program budget for a minimum of 20 years.

Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be accepted by Friday, February 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.  Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that any proposals submitted have sufficient time to be received by the City of Westminster prior to this proposal due date and time. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for the week of March 2, 2026.
