Food Truck Vendor Permit Now Required in Westminster (Ordinance No. 2601)

Permits are now required for sidewalk vending and sales of goods from vehicles (food trucks) in the City of Westminster. Ordinance No. 2601 became effective as of June 10, 2023. This ordinance updated the Westminster Municipal Code to regulate the sale of food, goods, and merchandise from motor vehicles on public and private property and to protect the health and safety of people within the City.
