	The Economic Development team is also available to assist in finding an ideal location within Westminster for your business.
	Prior to signing a lease or purchasing a property, ensure the location is zoned for your type of business. The City's zoning districts specify uses that are allowed (for example, Commercial, Industrial, etc.) Check the City's interactive zoning map to verify the location/property you're interested in is zoned for your business use. 	All new businesses operating in the City must obtain a business license, which must be renewed on an annual basis.
