The AFH includes current data reflecting diverse communities, including people of color, individuals with disabilities, immigrants, and people of various genders, languages, and experiences. Its goal is to advance fair housing for all through meaningful actions.

Orange County and the Urban County Program participating cities of Brea, Cypress, Dana Point, La Palma, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Los Alamitos, Placentia, San Juan Capistrano, Seal Beach, Stanton, Villa Park, and Yorba Linda.
