The City of Westminster invites residents to show off their festive spirit in our Holiday Home Decorating Contest. Whether you go all out with lights, embrace timeless traditions, or create a truly magical display, we want to see your creativity shine.
General Information
Application Deadline: December 17, 2025
Public Voting: December 19th - December 21st
- Elf-Tastic Display (Best Overall Display): Recognizes the home that brings the most holiday cheer overall with creativity, originality, and festive spirit .
- Merry & Bright Display (Best Use of Lights): Recognizes the home that shine the brightest with dazzling, creative, and eye-catching light displays.
- Judges' Choice: Recognizes the best display selected by the Judging Committee.
The winner for each category will be announced the week of December 22nd through the City's social media platforms. Winners will receive a gift basket, and the home will be featured on the Holiday Home Decorating Contest page on the City website.

Submissions will be accepted from November 25th to December 17th.
