You may pay your citation:

• Online via the payment portal
• By mail using the instructions provided on your citation

You'll need your citation number, which appears on the original citation notice.

How to Contest a Citation

To request an administrative hearing, you must:

• Pay the full citation amount upfront
• Submit a hearing request form

Once submitted, the processing company will schedule a hearing with an independent hearing examiner who will review your case and issue a decision.

If the citation is dismissed, your payment will be refunded within 7–14 business days by the processing company.
