Mission 

The Management Services Division oversees the essential administrative functions that support the Westminster Police Department’s daily operations. This includes budget and payroll management, records and court liaison services, contract and alarm program administration, research and planning, and department technology systems. These behind-the-scenes services ensure our personnel have the tools and resources needed to serve the community effectively.
