The Westminster Water Division is proud to serve the highest quality water to Westminster and portions of Midway City. Westminster water is monitored daily and tested weekly for contaminants and bacteria. Additional samples are taken at various locations throughout the system and are checked for color, odor, temperature and turbidity. The City of Westminster's Water System meets or exceeds water quality standards mandated by the U.S. EPA and the State of California.

Each year, the City of Westminster Water Division releases its Water Quality Report, also known as the annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR).
