March is Women's History Month, a national celebration to recognize the contributions women have made throughout history and to honor specific achievements. Help us celebrate Women's History Month in Westminster by recognizing women who positively and profoundly influence or impact the community through their leadership, work, activism, volunteerism, and service.

Eligibility Requirements
Women who are nominated must be 18 years of age or older and must live, work, or volunteer in Westminster. Anyone can submit one or multiple nominations (one nomination per form). Current City of Westminster employees are not eligible, and self-nominations will not be accepted or acknowledged. Each council member will select one honoree annually.
How Do I Submit a Nomination?
Nominations for the 2026 Women of Distinction Awards are now closed. Please check back in spring 2027 for the 2027 Women of Distinction nomination form.
