On April 23, 2026, the City of Westminster hosted its second Little Saigon Community Information Meeting at Sai Gon Xua Cafe and Restaurant on Moran Street. Thank you to everyone who came out to share their thoughts and ideas.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn about and provide input on upcoming Little Saigon initiatives, including a streetscape feasibility study, archway project, and branding initiative. A special thank you to our project consultants — Hongjoo Kim Landscape Architects (HKLA), Moore Iacofano & Goltsman Inc. (MIG), and Ontes Creative — for their participation, and to Sai Gon Xua Cafe and Restaurant for providing the venue and refreshments. Community feedback will continue to guide these projects as the City moves forward with implementation. Updates will be shared on the Little Saigon webpage.
